- Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 or older who own a single-family home in the Twin Cities area. Home must be within Permanent Holiday Lights of MN's service area as determined by the sponsor.
- Entry period: Entries open July 20, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 29, 2026.
- Entries: Each household receives one (1) entry for completing the entry form. Additional bonus entries may be earned during the entry period through optional actions such as referring friends and sharing the giveaway. Bonus entries increase your chances but are not required to win.
- Winners: One (1) Grand Prize winner is selected to receive a full system installed free. Additional entrants may be selected to receive a secondary prize in the form of a limited-time discount toward their own system; secondary-prize recipients will be notified individually after the drawing.
- Grand prize: One permanent lighting system professionally installed across the front of the winner's home, up to 150 linear feet of lighting, approximate value $5,400. Footage beyond the covered amount, or installation on additional sides of the home, may incur standard charges. Home must be structurally suitable for installation as determined by Permanent Holiday Lights of MN.
- Winner selection: Grand Prize winner drawn at random on July 30, 2026. Winner notified by phone, text, and email and must respond within 48 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize terms: Prizes are non-transferable with no cash equivalent. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Secondary-prize discounts apply to new installations only and may not be combined with other offers.
